Data we collect
We collect your email address, hashed password, Stripe customer ID, and order fill data (contract, side, quantity, fill price, timestamp) submitted by the desktop client. We do not collect or store your IB credentials.
How we use your data
Order fill data is used solely to calculate your realised P&L for performance fee billing. Email is used for authentication, billing notifications, and service updates. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Data retention
Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 12 months. You may request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@aureonquant.com.
Third-party processors
Stripe (payments), Amazon Web Services (hosting). Both are GDPR-compliant processors.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data. EU/EEA and UK residents have additional rights under GDPR/UK GDPR. Contact privacy@aureonquant.com to exercise these rights.
